I would like to start my blog with a subject that is sensitive however it actually should not be. The facts however lead us to the knowledge that it still exists.

Education about credit and how it works and how it affects our everyday lives is not the same in every country. Here in our amazing country we work very hard. Everybody wants the American dream; so we must be doing something right. Not everyone however thinks so. We as Real Estate Agents are held to a higher standard.
- A Higher Standard. What does that mean? We do not discriminate against any of the Rules that govern us. At least we are not supposed to. We study hard, take a test and live by those rules and standards. The link below gives you a glimpse of a Realtor code of Ethics.
- You might ask yourself how come racial differences still exists. It actually starts with each one of us. We tend to want to move where people that we know live, so we stop our self from venturing out into the unknown. We are sometimes our own worst enemy. We want to be where people might speak the same language as we do. We want to stay close to family and friends. We think nothing changes. Our mind can take us where we want to be or go. The same mind can also call on our fears. We come up with all kinds of excuse as to why we should not do something, change something, and go someplace else even if unknown.
- All jobs have requirements. We need to adjust our thinking; we need to take continued education, because the world changes all the time. We cannot stand still, or we will never be able to get a job and grow in that job. We have to strive to be the best. Nothing is being handed to us. Education is always improving us, technology is always changing. We have to change with it. We as a whole and we as an individual can and will make a difference.

It is up to each one of us to make a difference the help one another succeed and not be pleased when someone fails. That is my thought about how to close the racial gap on homeowner ship.
